Having a baby is the happiest moment in most people's lives, and yet most couples don't think about documenting it. If you do, the quality can suffer tremendously if the camera isn't used properly. In my case, my husband forgot to hit record on the camera!! Wouldn't it be great to have your partner's complete attention on you and the beautiful moment that is about to happen and leave the photography to a professional? I have chosen to take this path with my photography because of what happened when my daughter was born. I felt like I missed out on it because I had nothing to look at and reflect on.
I am the only photographer in Des Moines who has not only years of photography experience, I have also worked in EMS and health care for years, including the NICU. With my knowledge in both fields, I can help put any nervous first time parents at ease as well as record the exciting moments that lead up to your life changing event!!!
